Important Please Read Before Booking.

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your start time.

Dependents unable to participate in activities but who wish to spectate are still required to follow all safety measures on site. You must ensure full supervision at all times and ensure dependents can be handed over to the care of a capable party member when you are participating in activities. It is not safe for dependents to accompany you on some activities. These activities include Quad Biking 14yrs+ (one person per bike) . You must ensure we are aware on booking if you have any members of your party who wish to spectate but not participate in activities due to age or other so we can advise you of any issues that may need addressing or help with any special requirements.

Pets are welcome on site provided they are properly secure and on leads at all times, are ok with occasional loud noises, and can be handed over to the care of a capable party member when you are participating in activities. It is not safe for pets to accompany you on some activities. These activities include, Quad Biking You must ensure we are aware on booking if you wished to bring pets so we can advise you of any issues that may need addressing.

You may not be able take part in activities if the following applies to you or any one in your party as this could be unsafe.
You must ensure all participants are made aware of this information. if any of the following applies, please speak to a member of staff.

You are Pregnant.
Have had a recent or ongoing Back/Spine or neck injury.
Have had a recent heart attack or stroke.
Suffer from any other medical conditions which effects your motor skills or mobility.
You can not read a UK vehicle registration from a distance of 20 meters

Please Note, parts of the site are of natural ground and uneven under foot. If you have any mobility concerns please let us know.

CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER FACTORS:
Correct footwear is ESSENTIAL e.g. sturdy footwear (no crocs, sandals, fli flops,high heels etc) or wellington boots should be worn when taking part in activities. Old warm clothing (preferably layered) are also recommended in all weathers. In summer it is also recommended to carry sun hat and lotion and in winter to bring hat, scarf and gloves. Waterproof jackets and legging are advisable as activities can be wet and muddy, obviously depending on weather conditions. Greenlands ATV no liability due to slips trips and falls or any other injury sustained by your/other party members negligence on and around the site. You must ensure correct footwear to avoid such issues when entering the site and be mindful of other participants using the site. Greenlands ATV will not tolerate any abuse physical or verbal, or any other act which can cause harm to any members of staff or other activity centre users, guests or other.

Exclusion of liability
Greenlands ATV shall not be liable for any death or personal injury of the client, recipient or third party unless it was due to the negligence of Greenlands ATV. Greenlands ATV shall not be liable for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses suffered, which includes but not limited to the loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business, receipts or contacts, losses or expenses resulting from 3rd party claims. Greenlands ATV is not liable for damages to vehicles on site. Greenlands ATV is not liable to slips trips and falls on and around the site, by the very nature of our Outdoor activities held on our site the ground is uneven, rocky and parts of the site are kept in its natural state to preserve the natural wild life in the area. You and any accompanying party enter the site at your own risk only and are advised before and after booking the correct footwear and clothing to minimize accident or injury.

Responsibilities for equipment provided
All Participants are responsible for the proper care and handling of Equipment and gear that they are supplied with for use on the event day. Any misuse, damage or loss of this equipment will result in charges for repair or complete replacement at the desecration of Greenlands ATV.

Late Arrivals
If clients arrive later than the designated Start Time as stated in the Booking form, Greenlands ATV reserves the right to adjust the session time allocated to incorporate the original finish time.

Medical Details
If you have any medical issue that you are concerned about they must be discussed with the Instructors and disclosed on our disclaimer forms.

Social Media
we make take photos for our social media pages. if you do not wish for your photo to be taken please let the instructors know.

By securing your Booking with us you also agree to the Terms and conditions stated above and below in their entirety.

Bookings will only be taken on receipt of a 100% payment unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations
In the event of a client cancelling or altering the original number of the booking Greenlands ATV retains the right to recover the cancellation charges:-

More than 7 days prior to the event ….. Loss of 50% only
Less than 7 days prior to the event ……. 100% of total fee payable

If we have to cancel the Event due to bad weather or any other unavoidable circumstances the booking will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed alternative date within three months after the original date booked for the Event. Should you choose not to accept the rescheduled date no refund or other compensation will be offered by us and we will be deemed to have fulfilled our agreement. A decision made by any person not to take part in the Activity in any circumstances (including, but not limited to, bad weather) will be deemed to be a cancellation.

Unforeseen circumstances may delay the start of the Event. In all cases we will endeavour to minimise inconvenience and will offer you a later start time. Should you choose not to accept a later start time offered to you no refund or other compensation will be offered by us.

Insurance
We have public Liability Insurance NOT personal accident cover.
Our Activities can be dangerous.

Whilst the Activities are as safe as they can be given their inherent physical dangers, it must be understood that all safety instructions, directions, warnings and all other instructions must be followed at all times. You are advised not to attempt to go beyond your capabilities or engage in risky or daring behaviour.

All the Activities by definition involve an element of risk so you take part in the Event with the full understanding of this and accept responsibility for your own safety and the risks involved in taking part together with that of any minors for whom you have responsibility. In the case of more than one person taking part under a booking all individuals in the group will be deemed to have acknowledged the possible risks involved and agreed to take part on this basis.

Management reserve the right to STOP any person participating in activities/event if they are unruly, deemed not capable, do not follow rules set out by Instructors or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Overview
We Greenlands ATV take complete care to ensure safety of equipment, site maintenance and adequate safety briefing, you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others around you. It is also your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions set out before you. it is your responsibility to adhere to all rules and regulation while you are on site set out in the terms and instructors. Any misuse of substance, alcohol or unsociable behaviour to other patrons, your team or instructors will result in being escorted off site.
